He was Vice President of Business Development at US Oral Surgery Management, a service management company, where he was responsible for M&A and developing strategies for new market growth and Vice President of Business Development at Smile Source, overseeing various growth initiatives. Todd was also instrumental in securing new partner growth as Chief Development Officer at North American Dental and Rock Dental Brands.
